Dirt Late Model Dream brings Mike Marlar to Eldora Speedway
Kicking off the 31st-running of the Dirt Late Model Dream at the Big E, Mike Marlar unloaded the Skyline Motorsports No. 157 Infinity Chassis at Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) on Wednesday evening.
Marlar won his B-Main to earn a spot in the $20,000-to-win FloRacing show and recorded a 19th-place finish in the 50-lapper.
Competing in the Friday night preliminary feature, Marlar qualified second-fastest in his group but finished only fifth in his heat after the invert. Mike started 11th in the $30,000-to-win show and finished 22nd.
Mike was slated to start from the third-row in his heat on Saturday night where he would finish sixth and transfer to a B-Main. Marlar fell back and did not earn a spot in the $100,000 finale.
